Supplier Registration

The Department of Culture and Tourism – Abu Dhabi welcomes all licenced and qualified suppliers to register to be eligible to conduct business with us.

While we facilitate the registration, the overall process is managed by the the Department of Government Support (DGS).

To register as a new supplier on the Abu Dhabi Government Supplier Registration Portal, please make sure the below documents are available and ready for attachment.

Local Supplier

Commercial licence permitting economic activity in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi.
Bank letter certifying that your company has an account with them, along with account details and IBAN number.
Authorization Letter on Company Letterhead for the Person Authorized to provide Supplier Information for Registration..
Copy of Memorandum or Article of Association (If Available).
VAT Certificate.

Local supplier registration

Northern Emirate/Freezone

Valid commercial license permitting economic activity in any Emirate or Freezone.
Bank letter certifying that your company has an account with them, along with account details and IBAN number.
Authorization Letter on Company Letterhead for the Person Authorized to provide Supplier Information for Registration.
Copy of Memorandum or Article of Association (If Available).
VAT Certificate.

Northern Emirate/Freezone registration

International Supplier

Valid Certificate of Incorporation in English.
Authorization Letter on Company Letterhead for the Person Authorized to provide Supplier Information for Registration.
Valid tax registration certificate.
Bank letter certifying that your company has an account with them, along with account details and IBAN number.
Copy of Memorandum or Article of Association (If available).
